Workflow integrations via third-party software (e.g., Make.com)
AI systems require initial training on client-provided data to operate effectively.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Comply with applicable data privacy laws when using deployed agents
Ensure you have appropriate consent from your customers before processing their personal data
Refrain from using AI agents for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use our services to:
Impersonate individuals
Engage in fraud or misleading practices
Target vulnerable individuals
Generate or distribute sensitive personal data without lawful basis
Automate unlawful activities
We may suspend services if use violates law or reasonable ethical standards.
5. Ownership & Licensing
You retain ownership of your content, data, and brand materials.
We retain ownership of the underlying AI frameworks, agent architecture, prompts, and intellectual property.
You receive a non-exclusive licence to use deployed agents for the duration of your service agreement.
6. Fees & Payments
Fees are agreed during onboarding.
Payments processed by Stripe or PayPal
Failure to pay may result in service suspension
All sales are final unless stated otherwise in writing
7. Data Handling & Privacy
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI agents complies with relevant privacy laws.
8. Third-Party Services
Our agents may integrate with third-party platforms such as CRMs or messaging systems.
We are not liable for outages, data loss, or changes in functionality caused by those services.
9. Disclaimers
AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.
We do not guarantee specific business results or financial return.
Services are provided on an “as is” basis.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
We are not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm
Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time.
We may suspend access for:
Non-payment
Breach of these Terms
Misuse of AI agents
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, UK.
Disputes shall be handled by Scottish courts.
